ODRA
ODRA compartmentalised switchgear systems are intended for operation in AC 50 Hz distribution networks with rated voltages of up to 36 (40.5) kV.
Switchgear may be executed either in free standing or against wll setup. ODRA switchgears with instrumentation are suitable for operation under normal condition according to PN-EN 62271-200 standard.
The ODRA system of MV compartment switchgear units was awarded the Silver Medal of Polskie Sieci Energetyczne during the Energetab exhibition in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.
Advantages of switchgear ODRA:
- high safety of operation ensured by:
- mechanical and electromechanical interlocks, which prevent erroneous switching operations when using the switchgear
- all mechanical operations with the door closed
- signaling of voltage presence in the primary circuit
- constructional solutions protecting from internal arc effects
- compact overall dimensions,
- high resistance to corrosion,
- use of the modern and reliable apparatus
- easy operation and maintenance with wall setup
Application and features of the system
Switchgear ODRA were tested at the Institute of Electrotechnics in Warsaw and come with the Certificates No. 0798/NBR/02010, 0819/NBR/2010 and 0611/NBR/09 verifying their rated parameters and admitting them for use at power distribution plants, power stations, industrial plants and other facilities generating, transmitting or using electric energy.
The ODRA switchgear units can be installed in:
- main supply terminals,
- pad mounted transformers
- switchgear solutions for auxiliary consumption.
The ODRA MV switchgear units are:
- for indoor applications;
- withdrawable;
- compartmentalized;
- in metal enclosures;
- air insulated;
- complete with metal partitions;
- with a single busbar system;
- provided with modern switching gear solutions.
