  • We guarantee high quality of our power equipment due to Restrictive control procedures conducted at each production stage.

Maintenance

  • We provide efficient after-sales service for our power equipment.
  • We perform overhauls and maintenance operations on different types of power equipment installed at the Customer's place.
  • We modernize power equipment at the Customer's request!

Start-up

  • We also offer start-up and post-installation tests of the power equipment.

Installation

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (...) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we hereby inform that:

KRS: 0000842369 (hereinafter referred to as “Elektromontaż”);
  2. Your personal data will be processed by Elektromontaż in order to: answer questions concerning a) signing and performing contracts; b) invoices and payments; c) offers; d) work; e) advertising and promotion; f) other matters stemming from your inquiry – depending on your consent.
  3. The processing of your personal data in connection with filling in the contact form will be carried out on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR), unless there are other grounds for their processing.
  4. The recipients of your personal data include or may include: a) entities providing telecommunications and IT services; b) entities providing services related to archiving and destruction of data; c) banks and entities enabling us to make remote payment operations; d) entities providing services related to accounting, personnel and payroll management, recruitment and training processes or their support; e) entities providing legal services or dealing with debt collection.
  5. Your personal data will be stored until your consent to the processing is revoked, provided there are no other grounds for processing.
  6. You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify and delete such data, restrict the processing, as well as the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its revocation.
  7. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you violates the applicable data protection regulations.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is required if you want to receive answers to your questions.
  9. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling) in the manner referred to in Article 22 of GDPR.
