The Management Board of the company operating under the business name of “Elektromontaż - Poznań” S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Acquiree”), in connection with the intended merger and taking into account Article 500 § 2¹ of the Code of Commercial Companies, hereby communicates to the public the Plan of Merger by acquisition of the Acquiree by the company operating under the business name of PG Energetyka Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Radom (the “Acquirer”) in the procedure specified in Article 492 § 1 item 1) the Act of 15 September 2000 the Code of Commercial Companies (merger by acquisition).
